A single row full complement cylindrical roller bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing. Single row complete complements cylindrical roller bearings have solid outer and inner rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the most significant possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity and rigidity. They are suitable for particularly compact designs. However, due to the kinematic conditions, they do not achieve the high speeds possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with a cage. Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are in the form of semi-locating approaches supplied in an open design.

Single row full complement cylindrical roller because there is no cage, can accommodate the most rollers, so it is suitable for bearing hefty radial load and can also withstand specific axial load. But its allowable running speed is much lower than the cylindrical roller bearing with a cage. Single row full complement cylindrical rollers are designed to carry heavy loads. With the same width, these bearings have a very high load carrying capacity and a small radial cross-section compared to conventional type bearings with cages, allowing for space-saving but relatively low speeds. To work correctly, the bearings must be subjected to a specific minimum load in continuous operation, i.e., C/P < 25. Otherwise, wear will increase due to insufficient lubrication and high speeds.

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are particularly suitable for ultra-high loads and medium speeds. Single and double row bearings without seals are mainly used in gearbox mechanisms, while double row bearings with seals are more suitable for lifting tools.
